Discover Eatcetera Deli Cafe

If you find yourself in Bohemia, NY, and craving a cozy spot for a meal that’s both satisfying and casual, Eatcetera Deli Cafe should be at the top of your list. Located at 1120 Smithtown Ave, this local gem serves up fresh, homemade dishes in a welcoming atmosphere that feels just like home. Whether you’re popping in for a quick bite, a leisurely brunch, or a savory dinner, Eatcetera has something to please everyone.

Walking into the cafe, you're greeted by a relaxed, no-fuss vibe that’s perfect for any occasion. The decor is simple, with a few touches of personality here and there, but it’s the food that really steals the show. The menu at Eatcetera Deli Cafe is packed with options, from classic deli sandwiches to hearty salads and savory soups. Whether you're a meat lover, vegetarian, or have dietary restrictions, this spot has you covered.

Take, for example, their famous deli sandwiches. The corned beef is tender, juicy, and piled high between two slices of perfectly toasted rye bread. Paired with a tangy mustard or creamy mayo, it’s a perfect bite for anyone looking for that classic deli experience. If you're not in the mood for a sandwich, their wraps are equally satisfying, with options like turkey and avocado or a Mediterranean-inspired choice that includes feta, olives, and hummus.

If you're after something lighter, their salad menu offers a variety of fresh greens topped with everything from grilled chicken to roasted veggies. The cobb salad, for instance, is a crowd favorite, boasting bacon, eggs, chicken, and avocado all on one plate. It’s filling, yet fresh enough to make you feel good about what you're eating.

When it comes to soups, Eatcetera Deli Cafe doesn’t skimp on flavor. The matzo ball soup is a standout - comforting, with the right balance of spices and tender matzo balls that melt in your mouth. It’s a great option for those chilly days or just when you need a little extra warmth and comfort.

Now, if you're visiting for breakfast or brunch, the options here will have you coming back for more. The bagels are fresh, the eggs are perfectly scrambled, and you can always count on the hash browns to be crispy and golden. One of their best offerings? The classic breakfast platter, which includes eggs cooked to your liking, toast, bacon, and a side of potatoes - it’s the ultimate comfort meal to start your day.

But it’s not just the food that makes Eatcetera Deli Cafe stand out. The service here is always friendly and attentive. It’s clear that the staff take pride in what they do, making sure your experience is nothing short of enjoyable. The relaxed, neighborhood vibe makes it easy to feel at home, and whether you’re dining in or grabbing something to go, you’ll always feel welcome.

What really sets Eatcetera apart is the sense of community. The cafe has been a beloved staple of Bohemia for years, and locals often pop in for a quick meal or to catch up with friends over a cup of coffee. There’s a real sense of familiarity that’s rare to find in chain restaurants, and that’s exactly what makes this place so special.

Of course, no visit to Eatcetera Deli Cafe would be complete without trying one of their freshly made desserts. Whether you're in the mood for a classic cheesecake, a rich chocolate cake, or a light pastry, the dessert selection is the perfect way to wrap up your meal. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority, even when it comes to sweet treats.

As for drinks, the cafe offers a variety of refreshing beverages, including fresh-squeezed juices, iced teas, and a solid selection of coffees. Whether you’re looking for something to pair with your breakfast or just need a pick-me-up, there’s no shortage of drink options to satisfy your cravings.

With its unbeatable combination of delicious food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Eatcetera Deli Cafe is a must-visit spot in Bohemia. It’s a local treasure where you can always expect a satisfying meal, whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or settling in for a longer meal with friends and family. If you haven’t been yet, it’s time to check it out - you won’t regret it!

  • Cant say enough good things about this place and food. The owners are so down to earth and care about their business. Been coming here for years now and can say they are THE most consistently fresh and delicious. I recommend looking at their Facebook for the daily empanada list as well as call ahead to order. They get pretty busy but ordering ahead works out. Every bite of their empanadas is bliss. You won't go anywhere else. I travel from nassau to get their food

  • Really good and affordable food, small delicious empanadas, Colombian Goodies, and honestly not only the food but they made this a place to get your mind out of social media and actually interact with other people playing fun table games, I saw teenagers enjoying their time, having real conversations & laughing while having actual fun without being attached to a phone, so it was literally like being transported to when I was a teenager and I had no phone and life was simpler :-) Great staff, great atmosphere very affordable and pleasant to visit, I definitely had a great time while I ate some goodies.

  • It was a great experience. They have a ping pong table to vibe at while you wait for you order, the deals are great and filling for how much you pay (like 6 bucks for the deal in the photo-- definitely hard to find good food with a good portion like that nowadays), and I had great small talk with the owner which makes the experience that much nicer knowing you're helping out a nice family while getting your delicious meal. It's actually why I left a review; usually I only review parks but I just wanted to help his business out.

  • What a special place for empanadas and more! We had an assortment of empanadas. Each empanada was unique and packed a glorious combo of flavor, texture, and richness. Pure joy in each bite. The Diablo crunch was also a hit and the churro was a great finale to the meal.
